Error Message

I just downloaded the update to update my desktop manager to v5.0. I ran my first backup with the new software and it gave me an error message that said "Error backing up database(s). Profiles 4 of 7 entries retrieved". What does this mean?

I am running the newest OS v4.5.0.124 on my 8310 with AT&T

Did you have this problem with Desktop Manager 4.7?

Do you have profile editing application like SmartAlerts?

I did not have this problem with 4.7. Maybe I should just put that back on. I do not have profile editing applications like SmartAlerts, although I may try that out now.

Does anyone know what v5.0 offers that 4.7 doesn't? I can't really tell.
