I got a curve 8330 from sprint today, and for some reason i cant figure out how to setup my aol email account?? I did it on my pearl, and my dads new tour 9630, but my mind just went blank...lol help please!!

Log in to sprint.blackberry.com
New Account
Enter Pin
Enter Hex
Then add e mail account

BTW Great choice in Carrier!!!

The Pin number is a unique identifier for BlackBerry devices. You can find your pin by going to Options>Status.

The Hex is the Hexidecimal version of the device's ESN number. It will probably be on the label in the battery cavity.

Please I need to set this phone, with my school email and my personal, ans I don't want to run off the blackberry sever... Can someone explain to me why I have to use the hex and pin...?

I really want need to setup my school email and my aol mail, but I don't want to use the blackberry sever or whatever it asked me to do, and I didn't have to do the hex and pin on my pearl or my dads tour, but I can't figure it out my curve, can someone explain why I have to use the pin and hex...?
