Default E-mail downloading only once a day to my 8330?

Please Login to Remove!

I've had my 8330 for just over one year now, and for the past 12 months new e-mail would arrive on my blackberry minutes after it was sent. For the past two weeks now, "new" e-mail only shows up/arrives on my phone once or twice a day - usually hours after the e-mail was sent. I didn't change anything on my phone as far as I know, anyone know what happened?

At some random point in the day I'll get 15 "new" e-mail notifications from mail that was sent to me throughout the day. Thanks in advance for your input.

Welcome to the forums.

I would start here:
1st step to take if device is having problems? - BlackBerryFAQ

If you're still experiencing issues, I would try this:
How do I resend my service books? - BlackBerryFAQ

If both of those steps don't work, I would remove the email address and then re-add it.
How to add / delete email addresses - BlackBerryFAQ
