Sorry but I do not know what that is? Do you just pull the battery out?

With the BB powered on, pull the battery out for about 30 seconds than place it back in.

Welcome to the forums.

Open the SMS message the contact sent to you, scroll up and highlight the phone number, press the menu key and select Copy.

Open your Address Book on the device, highlight the contact that the number is associated with, press the menu key and select Edit. Scroll down to Mobile Number and delete what you have in there, then press the menu key and select Paste.

See if that clears your issue up.

It appears that the numbers are not stored properly in your address book. You will need to correct them in order for it to show the contact's name and not number. So, to answer your question, yes, you will need to edit every contact.

I like to down load Flurry e-mail software for my Blackberry 8310 curv. Is there anybody who can advise me, how I can do this?

@Nate. Actually, another method you can do instead of waiting for ALL your contacts to send at least a SMS to you is to go to their contact in your address book and on their number add the country code and etc. eg. number is.. 6665553521 and country code for ur country is +1. I assume right now the number saved is 6665553521. Just change it to +16665553521. Store all numbers in international format. It should work.
