Please Login to Remove!

Hi I am a newbie to BB )Sprint). I am trying to send emails with attachments from my laptop and they just sit in my outbox. Test messages sent from Outlook work as do messages wo attachments. Did not have this problem before Dl of blackberry Desktop. Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Confused as to what you are asking...Are you tethering the BB to your laptop to use as a modem?

What does "DI" mean?

How are you sending email from your laptop (versus Outlook)?

Doesn't sound like a BB issue.. What email provider are you using?

Maybe the attachment is too large?
