HI im new and i need some help
 

Hi i bought a blackberry curve 8310 off of cl and it came with some emails on it and i do not know how to add mine every time i go in to the email setup wiz it tells me there is allready an email set up with this device.. so i call up the guy from who i bought it from and he said he did not use or know the password for the account is there any way i can delete the account with out logging in?

Have the previous owner call up the carrier and ask them to release his BIS account from the device's PIN number.

I dont think the other owners want anything to do with me he was suppose to give me a case for the phone but he never called or emailed me soo... is there any way i can call and get it released ?

You can try calling your carrier and explaining the situation. They may help you, but don't be surprised if they say there's nothing they can do.

When ever I receive a device for re issuing I wipe the handheld completly and then start from scratch,. can you do this?

This will not correct the OP's issue. It will erase the previous user's info, but the OP will still be unable to setup their personal email accounts.
