| What to expect when the 8310 is charging Please Login to Remove! For all the good I hear about Blackberries, I gotta tell ya, their getting started documentation is junk.
I have a newly acquired unlocked 8310.
I put in the SIM and battery and the plug it in usingthe wall adapter.
Th red LED in the corner comes on, then goes out a few seconds later. The screen comes up white with a picture of a battery with a blue lighting bolt. And it stays there like that. For hours.
Should there be any other indicattion that the battery is charging. For example, the LED on my old 8100 would flash slowly amber, then go yellow and finally would be solid green when the battery was charged. Does the LED not do the same thing on the 8310?
I have to ask because NONE of the 8100 documentation mentionned that the LED dis this, so I'm not sure if this is what to expect from the 8310 or not. |
