Default Question about changing languages

Please Login to Remove!

Recently I loaded the 4.5.0.161 OS onto my 8310. I got it from Hutchison (apparently a HK carrier) so I could change the interface to Chinese.

Everything loaded fine until after the setup. I could switch the whole interface to Simplified Chinese easily but not traditional Chinese. When I switche to traditional Chinese it showed the options menu as English and only some parts of the interface was Chinese. The UI looks likes a mess also.

Can anyone possibly give me a solution to this problem so that I could show Trad. Chinese fully Thanks.

Default Interesting...

So I tried to downgrade the OS to a lower version, and tries to upgrade it back again. Apparently the OS didn't load properly and I got the 561, which I just reloaded the OS back into the device again.

The funny thing is that the Traditional Chinese worked this time, but died again afterwards. I tried using JL_Cmder to wipe the device and redid what I did before and it didn't work afterwards...I installed all the necessary stuff and yet no Traditional Chinese interface...any ideas?
