Default Signal Problem!!

Hi! I have an At&t curve 8300 The problem is that I,m loosing signal to the point of SOS status but I have another phone on the same network that works perfectly is this software related or my phone is dead.
I did a battery pull but still the same.

I am having same problem with 8310. They asked me to try a different sim card, same problem. They are replacing my phone, hopefully with one that while refurbished will do the job. On the other hand, I do believe that ATT has serious problems with 2G(EDGE) and 3G, and actually they can care less about users because their suscriptions are increasing, specially since the iPhone. I bet that the Magnum will have a similar impact next year. Bottom line: call tech support and try to get new hardware and pray
