Default Hourglass/Boot Delay Frequency Increasing

Please Login to Remove!

As of the last week, my BB keeps stopping in the middle of Brick Breaker, the hour glass comes up, and then the ball takes some other skewed course that was NOT on the original path. Also, when the hourglass pops up, the second it resumes, any pills, i.e. Life, Long, Gun, etc. disappear. I have two batteries and have rotated them but it doesn't solve the problem, charged or near death. This is just an annoyance. It's also taking a lot longer to boot than it used to when I replace the battery, even to use the phone. Why is this? Why the delays all of the sudden? I haven't dropped it or left it anywhere where it could get hurt by temp or shock. Is there a way to alleviate this? There's nothing worse than getting to Level 16 on Brick Breaker and having that happen right before you are to catch the Life or Catch pill and then, not only having it negate them on the way back down but then have it shoot right past you on a different vector. I don't get it! Also, it's taking about 60 seconds for the phone to boot after turning off. It used to take about 20.

How much free memory is there on the 8310 (Options / Status will tell you)?
