I know there have been many posts about this but I have tried everything recommended but still getting occasional messages. I
1) Reinstalled the software
2) Deleted all service books with Desktop in them
3) Deleted my e-mail address entries from service book and reloaded them from the sprint.blackberry site.
Anyone have any other ideas on how to stop these?
Regarding #1 above... when you "reinstalled the software", did you install it using the Desktop Redirector option?
No, I used the appropriate BIS option.
