Unhappy MMS Notification

I have created several "exception profile" and the notification that I have set up in these exceptions for MMS are always ignored and use the setting in the "active profile". For example, if I have the exception activated for "Important Calls" and the MMS setting is "vibrate+tone" and is set at "medium", yet the active profile is vibrate, that's the MMS tone that is used. Is anyone else having this issue. It's ONLY with the MMS notification, everything else works properly.
