Question 8330 Browser Scrolling issue?

Please Login to Remove!

(Sorry if this is already covered somewhere...if it was, I wasn't able to find it. Google was no help, either)

I recently upgraded my 8330 to 4.5.0.131 and immediately came across an issue in my browser.

It's strange....sometimes, when I'm scrolling UP on a web page (thumb moving in an upward motion on the trackball), for some reason, the pointer/cursor seems to "stick" to the bottom of the screen/page...and the page scrolls to the bottom instead of going back up.

It doesn't happen every time which makes it hard to diagnose. There doesn't seem to be any consistency as to when it happens (or what I'm doing when it happens...or what pages I'm viewing).

I've tried several different things such as: multiple battery pulls, reinstalling 4.5.0.131, etc...

Has anyone else seen or experienced this phenonmenon? Or am I a man without a country here?

Feedback and suggestions are more than welcome!

I remember having something like that, before I changed my trackball. I toggled between Select Mode and View Mode to get out of the this problem. In addition to changing my trackball, I also upgraded early this month and I use opera mini most of the time. Try the latest version for your model I think a newer one exists.

I saw an app for Opera Mini...I think I'll try that.

Anyone else?
