Ok folks, I have a major problem. I have not been able to sync for well over a week. I keep getting an “Unknown Error” msg. I have tried putting in the desktop disk and get an msg that I have a newer version and I have to update it via the website. I download the latest version of 4.6 and click repair. I them get a error msg “Writing Error:2330”. After getting completely fed up with the whole thing I just felt it was easier to delete everything and start from scratch. Would you believe I can’t even delete the damn thing? So how do I either delete everything and start over or fix what is on the machine. By the way I tried using add/remove and CCleaner and neither worked. I running DM4.6 and OS 4.50131. Thanks for the help in advance.

You may need to go into your machine and delete the folders for it instead. Look at C:
Program Files.

Once that's resolvedzn see how your device handles DM 5.0.

Tried that and still couldn't delete them. I get an error msg that folder 1033 is not empty.
