Hi all,

After extensive searching, im come to the conclusion that i should ask my specific question rather than learning from other peoples, becuase so far no other advice has worked.

My 8330 shows up in the device manager and says its recharging, but the desktop manager doesnt recognize it and it doesnt show up under my computer.

I've tryed battery pulls, different cables, different USB ports (not hubs) , reinstalling the cd desktop manager, rebooting both the blackberry and laptop subsequently, nothing seems to work in my favour.

For a little more information, im running Vista32, with decent specs, and have had no trouble with the previous phone i had connecting. I just bought an 8 gig micro SD card and it was intalled in the store, and the phone recognizes it. I have auto enable mass stoage mode on but my computer cant see the chip. My phone says the chip has 7.4 gigs remaining and im not sure why the computer cant see it. Anymore information i can give i gladly will.

What version of the desktop manager and what Service Pack are you running on Vista?
