Default 8310 "Complete" notification - how to disable?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi guys.

I've used the forum search function but can't find anything relating to accomplish what I'm trying to do.

Whenever I send a text message, I get a notification that says "!Complete" and I'd like to eliminate that altogether. The icon is a small rectangle with an upside down exclamation point and the word "Complete" inside of it. It appears on the screen after certain events and I have to click the track ball in order to remove it before I can do anything else.

Any ideas how to disable that? It also happens whenever I access the web. It's very annoying.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forums.

Go into Options > SMS Text > Delivery Report = ???

Thanks for the quick reply.

There is no "delivery report" option, unless I'm looking in the wrong area:

Settings > Options > SMS Text >...

There are only a few options at that location:

Disable Auto Text ...Yes/No
Leave Message On Sim Car... Yes/No
Data Encoding...7 bit/UCS2
Service Center...+13123149810
Network to Send Over...GSM/GPRS/GPRS Preferred
Number of Previous Items....19/1

I've searched through every option on the phone and I can't seem to find it, although if it is named something "unobvious", then no doubt I missed it.
