Please Login to Remove!

Hello All

I am Shabana and has got my new 8310 a day back. Can i get few basic info on this.

1. How to connect my BB to my laptop?
2. How to save the msgs in to my laptop?
3. How to delete all the inbox msgs in one single click[Delete all option]?

Welcome to the forums, Shabana.

1) You will need Desktop Manager. BlackBerry Desktop Manager Downloads - BlackBerryFAQ

2) Your email should be coming into your mail client other than the BB. Unless you're using the address. What are you trying to accomplish here?

3) Open Messages, scroll to the very top (highlight the upper most date line), press the menu key, select delete prior.
