Last night my wife paired her 8320 with her Samsung phone. She wanted to transfer some songs from her Samsung to the 8320 but it said "connection failed" despite the fact that the pairing worked.

Any idea as to why?

You must INITIATE the transfer from the BlackBerry RECEIVING the file. Go to Media, press Menu, select "Receive Using Bluetooth".
