Hello
please i use 8320 curve but i don't seem to know how to read documents from it i thought the reader is pre-installed,help me what am i doing wrong or do i have to install a software to view documents and Pdfs
please tell me what i don't know am new to blackberry thanks

What exactly are your trying to accomplish. Are you attempting to read one sent to an email.

To read word, excel and powerpoint documents on your BlackBerry, you can upgrade your phone OS to the 4.5 version for your phone and you should get DocumentsToGo. If you wish to view pdf files however, you will need to buy either the DTG premium or another pdf reader.

You don't need docs to go just to read these formats from an email. You need to make sure the attachment service is installed on your BB though. To edit them though you do need some type of software such as docs to go.
