Unhappy Omg Im So Screwed,so As My Blackberry!help!!!

Please, you gotta have very advanced knowledge if you are capable to help me with this!

Everything started yesterday... The capability to surf the web using apn/bis disseapeared in the bb browser, for no reason, and it is stucked in Hotspot Connection ONLY.
last night, I received like 9 mails in my account, but NONE in the device.
Today in the morning I fully restored the OS with a complete wipe and reinstallation of everything.
The real mess started when it rebooted, It didnt download the email setup applications, or any of the bis applications... of course, not my email, PIN messaeges, maps, etc...
The thing is I DO HAVE BIS AND APN in my service...

This is my connection status:

(Manage Connections- Service status)


Voice Services: Available
Connection: Mobile Network

Blackberry Internet Service: Not connected.

Blackberry Enterprise service : Not connected.

Mobile network : 4/5(signal)
EDGE
Mobile network Provider
Telcel GSM


I can use APN connection, but the bis doesnt respond.
Ive already reinstalled, rewiped everything.
Checked all the permissions, etc...

Whats going on!

Please help me guys!!!


I forgot, in options, advanced, hosting routing table... I can register it, and I receive the mail that says:
your handheld has been registered with the wireless network.

Well, if there is internet thru the apn, and you are not connect to the BB network, logically it would be a service book issue. Delete your books pertaining to the browser, mail, and calander. Then pull the battery, and then re-register. If it doesn't work, call your carrier and check for an outage

Agree. However a battery pull first might be the better idea as that might fix it. If not then resend the service books.

What were you doing just before all this happened? Were you installing or deleting any apps?

Yes I do have data plan.... THANKS TO EVERYBODY!

Im pretty sure it is not a carrier issue, because when I insert the SIM in another Blackberry, it instantly receives the service books, but this phone stopped receicing any data from the BB server and internet....

Rewiped using Crackmem and Jl commander, and reinstalled the OS several times, but no luck!
