I was following the 8300 disassembly instructions and when I got to my last screw, I accidentally rounded it off. What would you recommend? I absolutely need the screw off to replace the LCD, correct?

I can't post pictures because of my post count, but it's the screw right next to the TALK button.

I just tried drilling it out, rounded/stripped it off even more.
The drill was almost dead though, so I'm charging it now.
