I have an 8350i that i am trying to learn about, so i installed my software disc that came with the phone so that i could sync my itunes account with my 8350i. I tried to sync my BB with my itunes playlist and some of the songs, about half, did not come up. They said "protected" behind them. I was also told to use the "Roxio Media Manager" option but i cant find it. If anyone can help me i would appreciate it.

Also, after i tried to sync my itunes to my BB, my entire itunes library vanished.

Wirelessly posted (Its All About the U!)

I tunes has DRM. Take a look at media sync or do what I do burn the songs to a CD first.

If the files are DRM then they won't transfer, also have a media card as you don't mention it and 500 songs will not fit on your BB without a Media Card.
