I can't find my original posting on this, so I apologize for a repeat of sorts. I just upgraded to Blackberry 4.5 and Desktop Manager 4.7 and I have Windows Vista and BB 8310 Curve. I have two issues. Outlook calendar did not sync with Outlook 2007 and the existing appointments etc on calendar are not showing up on my today screen. I'm using BB Dimension Today for that. Those events that are on the Blackberry show "device calendar" If I had one manually that shows the email address for my BB.

With your synch issue, did you make sure that Outlook was selected in BB DM as the program to sync your calendar entries to?

Options -> Advanced Options -> Service Books

Delete all you CICAL entries, then run the sync.. That should send all your calendar events back to Outlook.

I have spent 1.5 hours trying to get the calendar to sync. I have removed all the CICAL entries, uninstalled desktop manager and reinstalled, deleted all my email address and set them up again and removed all the CICAL files again. I have tried to sync from outlook and tried to sync the other way and tried sync between the two.

Nothing! it goes through the proccess and then I get an error while "processing device Calendar"

Im sick to my stomach .. I should be working and not spending time making this work

Just tried pulling the battery on the phone, tried removing DM 5.0 and install 4.7 no good. I dont get it. when I got the phone... I put in my three email adresses and hit sync. All was good with the world. Worked for the longest and then suddenly .. no good. What?!

I didnt have to remove CICAL's or anything else .. it just worked
