Default Bluetooth

Please Login to Remove!

Im trying to sync my curve with vista but its whining that it needs a peripherial bluetooth driver. anyone know where I can find it? Can i even sync through windows or do I HAVE to go through BB device manager?

Unless there's some new thing in Vista, the only way to sync is using Desktop Manager. One thing in XP (that may not apply to Vista) is the manufacturer's driver can not be used. The Microsoft drivers have to be used for the bluetooth module.

For example, for my Linksys bluetooth module, I can not install the Linksys drivers or software. I just deleted all those and plugged in the module. It installed MS drivers and I can sync via bluetooth.
