Default In Germany cant use the blackberry service, help!

I moved to germany from the usa and i have an unlocked t-mobile 8320. I signed up for eplus out here and the phone and internet works fine, but i cannot use the blackberry enterprise. No email, no messenger, can I fix this, is the apn or imei locked? why wont this work? thank you

You must get a blackberry data plan for email and BB messenger to work. They don't work with a generic data plan.

i have the blackberry specific data plan. i actually have two phones on the account, one is a vodofone and it works perfectly. the tmobile blackberry from america is not logging into the blackberry enterprise. i just cant figure it out and the guys at the eplus store cant either. four different workers at the store have tried to help and nobody can really give any good advice. it seems i am stuck right now, any ideas are welcomed

There are TWO different BlackBerry plans, the BIS plan and the BES (enterprise) plan. If your device is not provisioned for the BlackBerry enterprise plan, you won't be able to activate it on a BES.
