Just set desktop manager up on a friend's computer, but am having problems accessing her 8300.

I was able to access her pics & burn them to a CD for her, but when finished burning the CD, I tried to go back & put a couple of songs on that she wanted & the desktop asked for a PIN. It will not accept the 4 digit number she uses to unlock the phone...what PIN number does this thing want?

Try entering the letters associated with the numbers in her password. For example, if her password was 1234, the associated letters would be WERS.
