My 8320 is set up on BES through work and we use MS Outlook as our email client. I have one contact out of approximately 500 that when she creates an email or replies to an email I sent, it doesn't always come to my berry.
It's just this one contact. No other problems with anyone else that I receive emails from.
Any suggestions what could be causing this and how to fix? Or please point me to a previous post that will help me correct the problem. I could not seem to find anything that addresses this issue.
