Default Desktop Manager Question

I just switched from the 8350i today to the 8330 from Sprint. The desktop manager I already had allowed me to restore my contacts and calendar info to the new phoe, but I don't have a browser and the only e-mail set up option is through an enterprise server - which I don't have.

Is the desktop manager the same for both phones or do I have to run the new disk that came with the phone? I just didn't want to lose the pictures and other stuff I have already downloade previously.

Resend your Service Books. Log in to your BIS website from a computer or call Customer Support and have them do it.

BlackBerry Internet Service


Note that the lack of the browser and the email setup is not related to the Desktop Manager. They are controlled by the Service Books which are pushed to the device from the carrier.
