I'm not sure if this is in the right forum or not. I've had this thing for a few weeks and everything has been working fine, but tonight I tried to install the BlackBerry desktop manager or something like that, and it went through some lengthy process of reinstalling something or resetting the phone or something? Now when I try to send text messages, they don't send, it just has a red X next to the message. What do I do?

When this happened to me a while back, I did a battery pull and the problem was resolved.
