Default Work Email - blacklist

Hi....I'm a new member to the forum. I purchased an 8330 from Sprint a week ago and was able to set up my work and home email with the Blackberry Internet Service. I'm having some problems with my work email. I can receive emails without any broblems. Anytime I send an email to someone at my work I get an error message (see below). I can sent from my work account to outside email addresses fine, just not internally. We are using Groupwise - Novell at work. The IT lady mentioned that is likely a server security setting that blocks any emails that are being sent and received from our the same extension

Any suggestion on how I can send email to my co-workers?

The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 551-"Sender is on domain's blacklist (Mode: normal)"
