Comcast email
I cant send emails to anyone with a comcast email account. I can send/receive from any other email accounts. Anytime I try and send on to a comcast email account it comes right back to me with an open envelope next to it and the receipient doesn't get it. Anyone know how to fix this problem? I have taken the battery out. I have had sprint add email account for me. I have talked to a blackberry and they have no answer.

You can't send to a recipient who has a Comcast account


You can't send to any recipients through your Comcast account?

I have comcast and it works fine.

Try deleting the account in BIS and setting it up again.

Im saying i have a yahoo account and cant send to a comcast account.

Delete the sending account. Set it up again, send service books then pull the battery. If it doesn't work call Comcast or phone Carrier.
