I just recently bought a 8330, and the last owner's email is still on it, and when I try making a new account, it says "This phone already has an email assigned to it" or something like that...
I need to know how to change the previous owner's email to my current email.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
You can call Sprint yourself and explain you bought the device used and the PIN is still registered to another account. They should do it for you, they don't have to, so be nice
