Hi, I'm sure this question has been asked many times, but I've looked around and haven't found the correct answer. I have a BB Curve 8320 for T-Mobile with no data plan and I've heard that you can set the BIS to connect using Wifi. Is this true? And if so, how? Thanks for any help.

You need to have a BB Data Plan, this BB Data Plan will provide provisioning on the RIM network for your device (in a round about sort of way), and providing provisioning is correctly setup with wifi support, you will then receive the required service books that allow for BB infrastructure connectivity via wifi.

i.e. without a bb data plan you don't have access to BIS.

You can access the internet on the 8320 via WiFi, but you cannot connect to the BIS without a BLACKBERRY Data Plan.
