Default bb says theres no memory.

Please Login to Remove!

i tried to download a few things onto the bb from the browser and it says the memory is full i have a 2 gig memory card in it and it has plenty of memory left.
please help

Wirelessly posted (overwhelmingly stressed)

If they are games or applications they get downloaded to the device memory not the memory card

a memory card is for pics, docs, vids etc.
NOT games/applications

these get put in app memory.

do a battery pull.
then clear out some stuff, browser cache, delete messages you don't need both sent and received, and phone call logs.

Actually, that isn't quite true anymore. If you installed the latest Blackberry App World, you can archive applications/games to the media card.

You still can't run an application from the media card, you can only store it for later installation to the device memory using the App World application.

Yes I know that.
But as per the OP, a memory card has no bearing on full memory when installing apps.

idk how much in on the actual bb but there is over a gig in the memory card

have you read the other posts?
memory card has no bearing over "full memory" when installing applications.
applications are stored in app memory not media card.

I believe you'll find your file free - options - status
File Free:
copy the number next to it, and post here.
