Im new to the blackberry and i have had my phone for about a month now. Well three days after buying it i couldnt bring up any applications. everytime i hit the menu button i just get a blank screen. Ive tried to restore it and nothing still happens. I can make calls text get on the internet but my applications just dont show up. I hope there is someone out there that can help me and explain to me how to fix this problem

Wirelessly posted (Tmo's cheapest BB customer)

Have you tried a battery pull? Are you saying the screen is completely blank and devoid of icons?
