Default Outlook 2007 Inbox not updating on 8330

Please Login to Remove!

I had an 8830 and anytime I read and removed an email from my inbox in Outlook it would update on the 8830 (show the email as read or remove the email from the 8830 if I removed it from Outlook). I recently change to an 8330 and it doesn't update the same as the 8830. I verified the email settings between the two devices and everything looks the same. Any ideas on how to fix this

Were you on BES initially? What email accounts - Yahoo, gmail, ISP?

Outlook is your mail client. It supports many different types of email accounts (Exchange, POP, IMAP, etc etc). We need the info on your email accounts and setup to provide any useful help.

We are not using BES. Sorry, I guess you need to know the email info as well huh. We are using exchange. The only that has changed is the device its self. I am not sure if I didn't check off something correctly when setting it up or what.

Thanks for the help.
