| | DTM 5.0: Apploader.msi Error

Tried to launch Desktop Manager 5.0 today to sync my BB Curve 8310 and a Windows Installer error pops up. Desktop Manager 5.0 has been working fine up to now.
The error message says, " The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable". It is looking for the Apploader.msi file in the C:\Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\ directory.
I tried the Add/Remove function in Windows and selected REPAIR for DTM 5.0. However, the error remains.
Is my next step a complete unistall/reinstall of DTM 5.0? If so, any tips on doing this correctly (registry edits, etc)?
