Question Calls dont display name

Please Login to Remove!

When recieving calls from people stored in my phone book their name does not show up. is there a way to fix this?

If your stored phone numbers don't include the area codes, it might not show the names. I think.

Try adding the area codes to your phone numbers.

Are you on BES? If so is content protection set to on? Depending on how it's configured there's something about the device not letting itself look at your phone book if it's locked so no names on caller ID until you unlock.

Also, if you store phone numbers with the 1 in front of the phone number (some people do this to facilitate use outside the country), I believe that it will not show the names because it's not matching. I.e., caller id picks up 111-222-3333 and in your contacts, you have 1-111-222-3333.

Just switch off and on your phone by removing the battery of your phone
