Not sure at this point if it's the user's account, the BES, or the device.
Any other users experincing the same type of issue, same model or different?
Would it be possible to wipe the device and activate it with a test account (or another user who doesn't have BB, just for testing purposes) to see if the device acts the same way? If the same thing happens, then it's the device.
You could also try upgrading the OS on the device. I think the latest for the 8330 is .175.
No longer a BES Admin, but it was fun while it lasted!
