Default Deleted IM folder, can't use BB messanger - 10-19-2009, 01:27 PM

It still shows that its installed on the phone under options>advanced options>applications but I can't seem to use it. I did delete the IM folder. Any ideas?

This happened to me, I don't know if this IS the solution but it worked for me. Just backup your stuff and reload your OS. Next time, just move the BB icon and HIDE theinstant messaging folder. But remember next time you are going to update say, bbm or msn, to unhide them.

and I thought I was the only one with that issue with my Facebook app. did a battery pull but still doesn't show up. i'll leave it there w/o uninstalling and hopefully it will show up one day. otherwise i reloaded my OS (had no choice because i got an "Reload Softwares: 552" message and couldn't do anything with it.
