I have a few frustrating things related to using AOL for my BIS. I am hoping there are some tips out there to help me/

1) All of my BIS Mail is combined with my BES mail. Is there a way around this? Keep then in separate places?

2) When I delete the AOL mail from my computer, it remains in my Blackberry. Is there a way around this? Can I "synchronize" the Inboxes?

3) Is there a way to delete multiple messages (like my entire inbox) quickly from My AOL Inbox?

Any tips on these will sure help.... THX!

1. IF your work email is a BES account, yes.
a. Ask your BES Admin to push the BES mail folder to you:
ReadKB12610 Email messages associated with a BlackBerry Enterprise Server and a BlackBerry Internet Service account are located in the same Messages folder

b. Get the third party app for doing so

2. No, you can't synchronize AOL mail, sorry.

3. Yea, on the BlackBerry, in that Message folder, scroll to the most recent date bar separator and choose Menu > Delete Prior. All gone.
