Default Blackberry 8310 and Ford F-150

Please Login to Remove!

I have a 2008 ford F-150 with the AUX/mp3 jack. I can play music from my curve using this feature but cannot use the phone in this mode. I would like to be able to use this as a hands free kits (speakers of truck would work as speaker), is this possible, and if so how do I do it?

The jack is prolly input only, though, you should check with the stereo manufacturer on the hardware specs.

The jack should be divided into four sections, i.e. it has three black rings on it. If it is divided into three sections (two black rings), then I think you're out of luck. No adapter will allow hands-free capability.

SO no one can hear you? The jack on the phone also has a mic input on it. When you plug it in the phone thinks it has a mic input and stops using its own internal mic.

Get a VM 605, works nice as a hands free set.

It will not allow the sound to come through. What I really wanted is just to get the sound to come through and use the moc from the phone, the speaker phone function is just not lound enough for me.
