Welcome to the forums

Not exactly sure what you're asking. I would try removing the battery for 20 seconds and see if that clears up your issue.

From the homescreen, press the menu key and select Show All, do you see any icons grayed out?

You get nothing when you press the Menu key?

Please give more details of what you're experiencing.

did you try submerging it in water?

probably wont fix your issue, but it might make you feel better. imagine your drowning your screaming boss...

I guess that wasnt as funny as "drowning a screaming child" but you guys dont know me yet and I dont want to make a bad impression.. ;)

You suggest he submerge his device in water when he's already having issues with it?

Uh, no, not cool. And it doesn't matter if I 'know you yet' or not.

Almost as funny as replying to a 5+ month old dead thread. Now that was funny.

Old or not, the 'tongue in cheek' comment made me laugh. sooooo glad to find a place that makes me feel better. Thanks for pointing out the age of the thread....I'm shocked I got any response at all. Soooo, how the heck did you see my old response? Anyway, on the third BB 8330. BB told me that since I had already paid for apps that pay pal would recognize it and I wouldn't have to pay again. I'm wondering if this is true before I plunge ahead (or perhaps I should call BB tech again). I got a few. My finest imho......VLINGO. Oh I LOVE it. Any advice on whether I can redownload this without repaying the $20? Thanks...and thanks for noticing me loll!

It could be the group policy associated with the enterprise server that wiped out your apps.
