Question Windows Mail Contacts Fields

Please Login to Remove!

I use Windows Mail (former Outlook Express) Contacts to manage my contacts information.

The way BB and Laptop or Pcs manage and syncs contacts is using Desktop Manager and Windows Mail, in the case of us Vista users.

My carrier is Nextel. They provide Direct Connect® service.

The Issue:
Windows Mail Contacts has several fields from where to choose to enter data, eg: name and email, Home, Work, Family, Notes, Id. Those properties include the posibility of adding specific information: phones, cell, etc.
But it does not include a field to add DIRECT CONNECTION number (eg. 312*2234). !!!! That field is missing (so do others)
Have been struggling over a week with this issue and did not find an answer. Cannot edit Windows Mail Contacts fields. The ASCII CSV was not a solution.
May be i´m loosing the easy way to add those fields and it´s right in front of my nose?

Answers will be greatly appreciated.

Lothian.
