my girlfriend is at work and thinks she got an email virus, she's had people texting her saying she's spamming them lol

What i'm wondering is if she can send her contact list to me, reset/wipe her phone and then have me send the contacts back and restore them?

I have never heard of a BB virus attack. If there was one, it would surmise that it would be all over here, other BB forums and the news media, given that it is a huge business tool.

I agree with the above, it must be coming from a PC. Do you have a copy of the email that is sent out?

Perhaps I'm just paranoid, but this sounds like a new twist on someone wanting access to their significant other's phone to check something out.
