Yeah you can downgrade by using the BlackBerry OS files.

The best thing you should do if you are new to BlackBerry and are unfamiliar with the terms is to do nothing until you become more familiar with the device.

Spend some time getting to know your phone and how it works. Read through the forums and the BlackBerryFAQs in order to become more comfortable with the terms and processes. Then it will make more sense and you will know what to do.

If you upgrade and you don't like it or you have issues, you remove the upgraded files from your PC, install the old version on your PC, and when you connect the BB and start up Desktop Manager you'll be prompted to downgrade.

Quite easy to do. The upgrade/downgrade process makes and an automatic backup of your device, but I recommend manual backups, too (but that's just me).

Download the new bbm from here so you dont have to connect to the desktop manager and enjoy!

I like it but when someone sends you pics you have to download it and it takes FOREVER now and the older bbm was an instant download to your media card.

That's the only bad thing I have seen with it thus far.
