Our company has a Unity voicemail system that users will receive emails when a voicemail is left on their office phone. Users will then open the email, click the menu button to download message and then click Preview. One user does not have Preview as an option. I have verified that he has Blackberry Attachment Service loaded on his device, he has a media card, etc. He just does not want that voicemail to be saved to the media card. Anyone else seen this?
