Default Problems transferring from one bb to another

Please Login to Remove!

I just got a new Curve 8310 from by brother. I transferred the data from my old Curve 8310 with the desktop wizard since mine has and older software and is fallen into pieces. When the transfer is complete (and I have done it several times already) in the new Curve I got three main problems:
- All my e-mail instead of arriving in each icon (Yahoo icon, gmail icon etc…) they all arrive consolidated in the “messages folder” instead. There is NO WAY I can see them in each individual folder
- I’m not getting the messages that most of the people are sending me trough the bb messenger. But when I change the SIM card back to the old curve the messages are all there. Do I have to request everybody again with the new PIN? Or would the problem be coming from the fact that I upgraded the BB messenger to the new version from the old Curve to the new curve?
- The Browser icon disappeared
I have no idea because I’m really dumb for all this stuff lol! I would really appreciate any help on this

log in to the BIS site, use the CHANGE DEVICE option and enter the NEW PIN.
This will then send the service books for email to your new device.

Yes, you need to use the change device function to get the proper services books!

If you tell me your carrier, as all you have in the carrier: is international carrier, i can find the BIS site for you.

you will log in, with the username and password you set up with old BB.
BIs is where you setup email addresses.
