Default BB 8350i default email

I am getting really annoyed with my phone since getting this most recent update. It's changed my default outgoing email from my gmail to by ****** email. Since I usually email people from gmail I prefer to keep it as default so my messages don't end up in my contact's spam folders.

What I did was go to Options > Advanced Options > Default Services but it STILL sends from my BB email.

What am I doing wrong??

If you sent to one contact from your account, it will be the default for that contact. To fix this, simply email that contact from your Gmail account.

Yup -- change the Send Using field when drafting an email. It should retain your gmail account as the default for that contact.
