I've tried JL cmder to no avail, I've tried a few different desktop managers. Whenever I try and reinstall the OS, I get stuck at "Wait for device initialization" because it's still trying to load the OS, I get the hourglass/turn off/turn on over and over, eventually it says Retry or Cancel. Saying Application Loader was unable to connect to your device.

Any ideas? I've been going at it all day and i've tried everything i've read pretty much.

Another error I get is
"Reconnecting to JVM" when i'm trying to reinstall, probably because it's still doing the hourglass, off, red light, hourglass, off etc. while it tries to setup. Is there any way to stop it so that will go through? I'm thinking thats where my problem is..

Yep, actually saw that before I read about jl cmder, it didn't stop the on/off process, so when it tried to setup, i'd get the errors.
